NFY - Nylon Filament Yarn

Nylon-6 filaments yarn commonly known as Nylon FDY (fully drawn yarn) is mainly used to make sarees, duppttas first twisted and then used on weaving m/c to produce nylon fabric. Nylon FDY can be directly used on warp knitting m/c and on circular knitting m/c to manufacture Knitted fabrics like innerwear, T-Shirts, Socks etc.

The total production capacity to produce Nylon FDY is approx. 10 Tons/day
We have facility to produce Nylon mother yarn of 210/10 SD which can further split on splitting m/c to produce 20/1 yarn used for making Nets on Warp Knitting M/c and laces.
The packing can be adjusted as per customer’s requirement & application.
